No formal course of study, this designation involves three exams testing all aspects of property & casualty insurance and risk management analysis. Use of the designation is restricted to licenced Property & Casualty brokers who are IBAO members. The three exams include:

* Ten essay questions on all aspects of property & casualty insurance (3 hours)
* Short answer questions testing technical knowledge and risk management analysis (2 hours)
* Final Exam – choice between a 90 minute oral exam based on an insurance proposal you defend to a panel, or a five-hour open-book exam preparing a written survey of an insurance proposal (from the client’s perspective)
